Issue # 1 Drainage & Soil Quality
Morris Homes Ltd has saved itself an estimated £3,000,000 in building costs by NOT providing topsoil and correct drainage to over 500 homes in the Rugby development.
By hiding behind claimed "environmental" considerations, Morris Homes decided to leave the terribly draining clay soil in place and not excavate and replace the soil in our gardens. Instead it is left to private home owners to pay for this expensive endeavour themsleves. Just look at the photos for yourself, this is not the same plot photographed from different angles, this is plot after plot after plot!
All we are asking for is a tiny percentage of these hugely gross profits to go to repairing the gardens of people who have suffered and who's families no longer have a garden.
